What are the health risks to herbal incense?

All smoking is bad for you, but how bad is herbal incense compared to like weed or cigarettes? I think the main things in it is lettuce opium and damiana.

If you are burning incense for the scent, then it shouldn’t be too much of a risk. Just have some access to fresh air if the room gets to smoky.

If you are planning on smoking it, then don’t. It could make you really sick.
